Determination of Admission Arrangements 2025/26
In line with the School Admissions Code, Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) has determined (agreed) the admission arrangements for the academic year 2025/26. These arrangements are for children who will be admitted to the school at the normal point of entry for September 2025.

Reception admissions 2025
If your child was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021, you must apply for a new reception school place.
All applications for Headley Park Primary School are made on the common application form (CAF) via your home local authority (this is where you pay your council tax).

The CAF will be available from mid September and will close by midnight on January 15th 2025. It is not necessary to complete any supplementary information forms (SIF) if you wish to choose Headley Park Primary School as a preference of primary school for your child.
All applications for places at Headley Park Primary School are considered against the oversubscription criteria, in order of priority, as set out in the published admission arrangements 2024/25.

In Year Admissions for 2024/25 Academic Year Only
An In Year admission means admission to a current year group for a child who is already attending school but wishes to change schools due to relocation or a change in circumstances.
Headley Park Primary School processes its own in-year applications.

Applying for a Year 7 school place
If your child was born between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2014 you need to apply for a new year 7 secondary place. You must apply by 31 October 2024.
Apply online from 12 September 2024 for September 2025 admissions.
